Thank You Rafal!

My partner and I purchased a beautiful walk in shower, vanity unit, toilet and some absolutely gorgeous tiles with Rafa expertise . Never before when purchasing something so huge (and life changing) and spending so much money have we ever felt so at ease.

After purchasing the correct fittings we then moved on to tiles, what a selection, and so beautiful, it was so hard to choose, but we decided on some beautiful porcelain tiles with a two panel feature on the shower wall and I have to say the bathroom has been totally transformed from a dated dull room to a room that we are so proud of.

Rafa cares, he ensures that everything is delivered when he says it will be delivered. He go throughout the project to make sure you are happy with the work, and should anything go wrong (which it didn’t) we are convinced he would move heaven and earth to ensure it was put right to your satisfaction, he doesn’t just sell it to you he wants you to be happy and satisfied!!

He is a brilliant fitter who we cannot praise enough, as nothing is too much trouble for him, He have completed the best tiling we have ever seen and unlike a lot of workers today actually care about their job and worked from 8am to 8pm to ensure that the project was completed to the timescale that they set at the beginning.

If asked to score him we would have no hesitation in giving  100%.

We have recently had a full bathroom re fit organised by Rafa. He was very helpful in assisting us in choosing our products. All of the products are of a good quality and the tiles he supplied us with are lovely and have brighten up the bathroom.The finished job is excellent and the new bathroom looks absolutely gorgeous.Excellent workmanship neat clean and tidy.We would highly recommend

We had our bathroom done last September and Raff advice, patience and attention to detail were second to none. We are so delighted with the finished product that now we are updating the kitchen he was our first port of call for the floor and wall tiles. Once again the help and advice we received were excellent and we made our choice very quickly. We cannot recommend Raffand his brother highly enough. Excellent.
